Miller Trust (Income Cap Trust) Guidance
Iowa sets an income limit for long-term care Medicaid. If your income is above that limit, a Miller Trust brings you back under it. I complete the Iowa DHS Miller Trust form with you directly — no attorney required.
Virtual & In-Home Consultations
Medicaid paperwork is easier at your kitchen table.
